Prickly poppy, snakeweed, mugwort, rue, olive oil, and San Xavier Co-op beeswax

This is a pain relieving salve that applies warmth to the body, allowing the muscles to become more elastic and malleable for massaging and reducing tension and spasms. All three plants weave their medicine synergistically to provide this warmth, although mugwort is well known for applying heat to the body when used topically. Snakeweed can provide relive of joint soreness and is a sedative to pain that is musco-skeletal, while prickly poppy can ease pain associated with the nerves. Rue has been known to support with arthritic pain.

This is an all-pain remedy, and can also be used to warm the uterus and provide relief when experiencing painful cramps, lower back pain, and soreness of muscles.
